Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Return Cost: Free for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start this process, please contact us at hello@satisfyspot.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, clearance items, or gift cards.
