Shipping & Delivery Policy
Discreet Delivery
Your order will always arrive in a plain Australia Post satchel or unmarked cardboard box with no reference to the contents. We do not include our logo on or inside the packaging. All orders are shipped directly and discreetly from our Australian warehouse for fast delivery.
Delivery Costs & Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, a flat rate of $10 applies. Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 6 business days, and Express delivery takes approximately 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will ship on the next business day.
Regional Delivery Estimates
Metro areas such as Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane generally arrive within 1 to 4 business days. Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania and regional NSW, QLD and SA generally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Regional and remote Australia may take between 3 and 10 business days.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If more than 48 hours have passed since placing your order and you have not received tracking, please contact us directly.
Signature on Delivery
Australia Post may deliver directly to your door or PO Box. If no one is available, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. For more details on delivery, please refer to Australia Post.
Incorrect Delivery Address / Returned Parcels
If an incorrect address is provided or if a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a re-shipping fee of $15 will apply. Returned packages are also subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover additional and unpaid shipping costs. Please check your details carefully before submitting your order. If an order is returned, we will notify you by email.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Our products carry a 30-day warranty against fault, factory damage and manufacturer defects. Some products may include an extended manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your full name, order number, purchase date, contact phone number, and a description of the issue. Once the item is received and assessed, it will be replaced with an identical product and shipped to you free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit.
Returns
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if a product has been opened, handled or used. Returns are only accepted if they meet the criteria above.
