Satisfy Spot October Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Satisfy Spot, ABN 68 984 676 609, trading as TE Enterprises.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Satisfy Spot are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The competition begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on October 31, 2025.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Spend $50 or more (in one transaction) on satisfyspot.com during the competition period.
During checkout or via the competition form, answer in 25 words or less:
“If you could design one toy for Satisfy Spot, what would it be and why?”
Each completed order with a valid answer counts as one entry.
Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or unrelated to the question will not be considered.
5. Nature of the Competition
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Satisfy Spot Kinky Gift Box valued at $200 AUD.
The contents of the prize may vary at the discretion of Satisfy Spot but will be selected from premium in-stock items.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The judging will take place at Satisfy Spot HQ (Melbourne, VIC) on November 1, 2025.
The winner will be chosen by Satisfy Spot’s internal panel and notified via email within 5 business days.
The winner’s first name and city may be announced on Satisfy Spot’s website and social media accounts.
8. General Conditions
Satisfy Spot reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
By entering, participants grant Satisfy Spot permission to publish their entry (in whole or part) for marketing or promotional purposes.
Satisfy Spot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize.

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Satisfy Spot Privacy Policy, available at https://satisfyspot.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Personal data will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
