Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Return Cost: Free — Satisfy Spot covers the cost of return shipping.
Return Method: By mail only.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or not-as-described products only.

Exclusions: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened or used items, clearance products, or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@satisfyspot.com within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
